Qarlbo, through its subsidiary PHS Hasselbacken AB, today submitted a building permit application for Hasselbacken 1 on southern Djurgården in Stockholm. The detailed development plan enabling expanded hotel and restaurant activities at Hasselbacken was approved on October 8, 2025, and the permit application is the next step in the process. Refurbishment activities are expected to commence following the necessary approvals. Given the scope of the refurbishment, Hasselbacken will remain closed for the duration of the renovation.
Hasselbacken 1 is owned by the National Property Board of Sweden (SFV), managed by the Royal Djurgården Administration (KDF), and leased to PHS Hasselbacken AB.
