Qarlbo announces appointment of Robert Eriksson as Investment Director

The global investment company Qarlbo AB today announced the appointment of Robert Eriksson as Investment Director. He will lead the management and oversight of Qarlbo’s listed equities. Eriksson will assume the role on April 20, 2026.
In 2025, Qarlbo expanded its asset management activities and consolidated them within a single organization. This encompasses owner Conni Jonsson’s EQT stake, as well as his liquidity portfolio of discretionary listed equities comprising roughly 20 holdings.
“Strong financial holdings demand a long-term structure for management and oversight. As our portfolio grows, we need to strengthen that capability. Robert’s mix of experience from family-owned investment companies and institutional asset management makes him well suited for the role,” says Per-Arne Blomquist, CEO of Qarlbo.
Robert Eriksson joins Qarlbo from Inbox Capital, a family-owned investment company, and has previously worked in asset management at Handelsbanken Asset Management, Norges Bank Investment Management, and Industrivärden.
