Building permit granted for Hasselbacken 1

Qarlbo, through its subsidiary PHS Hasselbacken AB, has been granted a building permit for Hasselbacken 1 on Djurgården in Stockholm.

This is an important milestone in the continued development of Hasselbacken, following the approval of the detailed development plan on October 8, 2025, which allows for expanded hotel and restaurant operations at the property.

The decision is subject to a three-week appeal period. Given the scale of the planned refurbishment, Hasselbacken will remain closed throughout the renovation once works begin.

Hasselbacken 1 is owned by the National Property Board of Sweden (SFV), managed by the Royal Djurgården Administration (KDF), and leased to PHS Hasselbacken AB.
