Elins Lund AB to be Integrated into Qarlbo AB

Elins Lund, owned by Conni Jonsson and primarily managing EQT shares, will be integrated into Qarlbo to streamline operations and consolidate activities within a single organisation. As a result of this integration, Conni Jonsson’s financial assets in EQT will be consolidated within Qarlbo, which is owned by the Jonsson family.

Elins Lund will become part of Qarlbo with effect from April 29, 2025.
